[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] TV teletext with color pages

Hi All!

This expaned teletext patch with color pages.

1, colorspu.patch (only updated to r22772)
2, teletext-with-colorspu.patch

Modify compared to teletext.patch:
spudec_heartbeat_teletext() render RGBA32 image to YUV, YUY, RGB or BGR planes 
of SPU.
