[MPlayer-dev-eng] Patch to MPlayer-1.0rc1

Hi,

I would like to submit a patch to MPlayer-1.0rc1.

This patch corrects problems related to listening to streaming radio over the
internet through a proxy with authentication and authorization.

Without this patch, MPlayer will NOT be able to connect to the radio through a
proxy because the authentication will fail (error code will be 407, using squid
proxy).

After applying this patch, you will be able to use the http_proxy environment
variable to connect to the radio through a proxy or pass the proxy data as a
parameter to MPlayer.
(http_proxy="http://<username>:<password>@<proxy_ip>:<proxy_port>".
