[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] RFC: xv, composition managers and translucent windows

i've made up a very simple patch for xv and compositing managers.
now it's fashionable to have an accelerated/translucent/shadowed-enabled
xserver, but unfortunatly, almost on my computer, when turning the vo_xv
window to an opacity < 1, xv behaves erraticaly, and the result is a
transucent window, with a blue hue inside, and no video resulting.
the patch simply lights up XV_ALPHA_MODE xv's attribute.

is a RFC, because i dont' really know if it's reasonable to make mplayer
act the way i did in the patch, or maybe shoud be better to bound it to
a config option, or maybe better, add a keystroke to manage opacity of
the xv overlay...

what do you think?
