[MPlayer-dev-eng] spring cleanup

Spring is around the corner, time to visit the attic for some cleanup..

Here's a list of things that could leave the MPlayer distribution to
live a peaceful life in the bit bucket:

- TOOLS/benchmark/
- TOOLS/benchmark-gab/
- TOOLS/mpfc/
- TOOLS/mwallp/
- TOOLS/subfont-c/
- TOOLS/TVout/

Should all be unused and/or obsolete.

- libmpcodecs/vf_yuvcsp.c

Probably was never a good idea in the first place.

- libmpcodecs/vf_lavcdeint.c

Is the same as pp=fd.

- libmpcodecs/vf_eq.c

Has been superseded by vf_eq2.

- libmpcodecs/vf_yuy2.c
- libmpcodecs/vf_yvu9.c

Dunno about these, vf_yvu9 is marked as deprecated in favor of the
software scaler since forever.

- libmpcodecs/ad_dk3adpcm.c

Very obscure, probably FFmpeg works better anyway.  Roberto?


I'd like to remove some of this and especially clean up TOOLS/ sooner
rather than later.  Opinions?  Objections?
