[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvdnav - wait, still frame, change audio and spu (nav)

Hi all!

I created further details patchs.

Can you help me to find a better solving instead of 'emptyframe' in mplayer.c
(libmpeg2 decode error).

dvdnav.patch: main patch
colorspu.patch: updated my old patch
gui.patch: updated my old patch
