Sure I do, I "fixed" them all for me. Unfortunately some of the fixes
relied on certain other bugs...

No, it's actually the same bug. The vo (currently?) simply has no
business knowing when a file ends and another one starts, though an
aspect change is the same as a new file.

Actually it is (see my mail about -fstype).
But actually please just apply my [RFC] patch and then report any bugs
that still remain after that.
