[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Basic proxy authentication fix

Proxy authentication in MPlayer is somewhat broken in Subversion HEAD.
The username and password fields from $http_proxy are not being parsed
and proxy-authentication is being treated as if it was site
authentication. This patch fixes these two things. But a little
redesign was necessary to reuse the same authentication function for
both proxy and site authentication. I hope it is in an acceptable
state. ;)

This patch fixes STREAM_HTTP only and it was based on a previous patch
sent to this list and it was properly tested with a squid proxy.
