[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] osd timestamp to CCTV

Hi All!

This patch does osd 'timestamp' to mplayer and mencoder.

Example:
mplayer tv:// [options] -osd-timestamp-format "Camera1 %Y.%m.%d %H:%M:%S"
mencoder tv:// [options] -osd-timestamp-format "Camera1 %Y.%m.%d %H:%M:%S"
