[MPlayer-dev-eng] Yet another attempt to release rc2

Hi all,

with the pending fix of the dts decoding, one of the major hurdles for
rc2 release is partially (see the downmix to stereo bug) removed.

What about the others? This is a summary I made based on the old
discussions:

- --enable-debug is broken
- vidix linking on ppc
- mingw and/or cygwin compilation is broken (this report is from
April, please confirm if it's still true)
- mencoder a/v sync with -oac lavc is broken
- dts downmix to stereo (this was with the libdca through ffmpeg,
since I'm reusing that code probably it's still true and must be fixed).

About features:
- what's the status of dvdnav?
- should we include a snapshot of our libdvdnav in rc2?

Please comment.

Based on experience setting a target date for rc2 is meaningless, for
reference only I'm thinking about the beginning of August.
