Did this patch get overlooked? If so, it doesnt matter because I've finally
discovered the real PTS values in a dvr-ms file - these are in the payload
extensions attached to each segment. It is also possible to identify key
frames and possibly new frame segments from this data.

I hope to submit a patch in the near future but please tell me there's still
enough interest in the dvr-ms format so that a patch wont be forgotten
about.
