My original patch did three things:
1) Write picturesize into sh_video
2) Copy extradata
3) Force frame rate detection

1) & 3) are still necessary, the teststream also works without 2), but I think
it might be a good idea.

If you prefer not to copy the extradata, please tell me so I can send a new
patch.
