[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] changing TV channels by seeking

Hi,

Attached patch enables a feature requested in an error message.

I know it's code duplication, but I found no better way to get it done...

A more elegant way would be to make tv card demuxer seekable, but the OSD 
can't be manipulated from there (due to mencoder I think).

By the way aren't the translations supposed to mean the same thing as the 
original (en)? The (removed) message says different things in english, german 
and hungarian (and possibly in other languages as well).
