[MPlayer-dev-eng] PATCH: automatic sub selection automatically selects demux subtitles even if none exists

Currently global_sub_indices[SUB_SOURCE_DEMUX] is set even if no demux subs
exits, this causes the automatic selection of subs to select demux subs
instead of text subs.
