[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Fix crashing 3ivx dshow codec under Linux

Hi, All.
I have found solution for 3ivx codec crashing issue.
Patch is attached (3ivx_crash_fix.diff).

1. I did not find 3ivxdmo.dll (3ivx Delta 3.4) so i have grabbed
latest version: 3ivxDSDecoder.ax (3ivx Delta 4.5) and it works fine
for me (with above dll and applied patch, of course). I suggest to
update MPlayer's codecs package and codecs.conf (codecs_upd.diff)

2. Note that 3ivx.dll also needed for this codec to work properly.
Without this dll (even after applying attached patch) MPlayer will
also crash but will print "failed to load: 3ivx.dll".
After putting aboive dll into codecs dir crashed are gone away.
