Hi, All.

Here is final version of patch.

One of attached patch (media_type_utils4) contains only media type
related routines.
Second patch (dshow_mediatype) adds call to above routines into dshow/* files.

Patches are tested under Gentoo and Win32 with divx4 codec.

I also want to remind that this patch is required for tv:// under
win32 (otherwise mplayer will crash sometimes).

Please give attention to modification in com.h. This modification is
required for compilation under mingw. Is another (better) way to fix
compilation error exists?
