[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -tv driver=help support

Hi, All

I have implemented "-tv driver=help" option as was suggested by Compn.

During work i noticed that info member of tv_handle_t structure is
used only when printing device name in tv_begin.
So, i have prepared two versions with info member and without it.
Second version is more simple and strict, IMHO

I don't know what version is better, thus let you decide..
