[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] strncat misuse

Hi all.
 This is similar to the other fixes committed, but the meaning of the
original code is quite obscure.

Sasha proposes the attached patch.

Does anybody knows what that line was originally supposed to do?
LINE_LEN is always 1000.
