[MPlayer-dev-eng] New version for vfw2menc

I've just fixed problems with vfw2menc, now it should work with every
codec, but I would to have some feedbacks about the real use in
mencoder.
For ppls using my win32 binaries or linux users with my patch applied,
I would known if it works or I need to make some changes on the mencoder
patch.

vp7vfw.dll is now finally working, it works also on winegcc compiled
wrapper, it will print a bunch of warning since it tries to embed
internet explorer com in the interface :)
