[MPlayer-dev-eng] Why w32_common and vo_directx use different WndProc?

Hi,

When trying to add mouse select support for dvdnav menus under Windows
I found that much code is duplicated for the two WndProc. So to
support a new event you have to modify in two places. Is there a
reason why we do not merge them into one?
