[MPlayer-dev-eng] commit 22039 broke mpeg parsing

 Hello,

 Since commit #22039 some mpeg files are not parsed properly, failing
to find the sequence header. MPlayer can only play the audio but there
is no video. Works fine if reverted.

 Attached is the mplayer -v output.

 I have put a sample here.
