[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Support expand string when a property is not available

Hello,

Current m_properties_expand_string function support expand string when
a property is available.
This patch extend that feature to also support expand string when a
property is not available.
Grammer is:
?(!NAME:TEXT)
