[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] OSD menu init uninit fix

Hello,

Currently, libmenu never got uninited since nobody call the menu_uninit() call.

Here's a patch to fix the menu init and uninit code in mplayer.c,
which treat the libmenu as part of input module and init and uninit
libmenu when init and uninit input module.

If there's no objection, I will apply it tomorrow.
