[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] do not pass timestamp to realvideo codecs

Hi all,
now MPlayer passes the frame timestamp to the binary codec for
realvideo. This is probably done because realplayer does it.

This test-patch removes it, and always pass 0 to the codec. I don't see
any difference on the files I tested.
My tests are performed on Linux x86_32 with rv20-30-40 Linux and windows
binaries, testing both drvc and drv3/4 for rv30 and rv40.

Please test on your samples and/or different systems, I'd like to get
rid of the timestamp so I can use the same frame format that is used by
ffmpeg to pass frames from demuxer to decoder.

Ciao,
 Roberto
