[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] OSD menu combine menu item 'jump to...' and 'prev/next' into one item.

Hello,

In mplayer's default main menu in menu.conf, there are two menu item
'Jump to ...' and 'Prev/Next'.
Both of them work with mplayer's playtree(playlist?), and the function
of these two menu item can be combined to save one menu item space.
Here's the patch for it.

If there's no objection, I will commit it in 3 days.
