Maybe I should define TRACK macroes to equal CHAPTER macroes to make
it look better.
I think they are same, just with different names. Another little
difference is track can be standalone played and can be insert as
playtree item, but currently treat track as chapter make more sense to
us, right?
DVD titles is different, it means group of chapters, that is samilar
with mkv's edition, which also consists group of chapters. Such DVD
title and mkv's edition should laterly be implemented with some
uniform feature upon chapters.

Patch with little update: when seeking to first chapter, use
p->start_sector to seek.
