I am curious... have we current handling for multiple DVD titles with
opening the dvd with e.g.
"mplayer dvd://" command? It is not completely obvious, upon my brief
inspection. If not, then perhaps instead of combining this with the
chapter seek functionality, we should have this linked to DVD title
seek and VCD track seek. Obviously new cmds  STREAM_CTRL_SEEK_TO_TRACK
and  STREAM_CTRL_GET_CURRENT_TRACK would be required, along with a new
menu, but probably the resulting menu would be more intuitive, with
one for chapters, and one for tracks/titles, IMHO.

I really want this functionality though, so if I'm the only one who
thinks this way don't pause on my account.
