This handles the dialogs issue, but it's still exhibiting strange
behaviour. MPlayer closes after file playback (the message handler
doesn't appear to be functioning properly) and the player and sub
windows are not updating and not interacting properly with MPlayer
(buttons not working, playerinfo not being displayed, etc.) I have
limited time tonight, but i'll see what I can come up with. Do you have
a mingw install that you're testing these with?
