[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix mixing teletext page of channels after change channel

Hi All!

Now teletex page of channels are mixed after changed channel that is way 
vbi_grabber reads teletext data till tuner is set. This patch skips the 
readed teletext data for 0.5 sec.
