[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] change screen of GUI window

Hello!

First of all, this is my first patch to mplayer, but I hope it'll be
useful...

This patch applies only to the GUI & X11 version. 
It adds a new cmdline option "-guiscreen <n>" that changes the screen on
which the GUI window appears. In this way, if you have a Dual Screen
Display (CRT + TV, for example), you can have the video on one (TV) and
the GUI on the other (CRT).

(Moving the mouse on the TV can be quite frustrating!)

E.g.:

$ gmplayer -display :0.1 -guiscreen 0 video.ogm

This will put the video in the :0.1 screen and the GUI in the :0.0.
