[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] honour screenw/screenh with xinerama on

Hi all,
  here is an updated version of my patch which feeds command line 
content directly into the vo_user_* variables and only assign the vo_* 
variables in the two vo init function. I didn't have a reply to my 
previous post, so I hope this patch will be the right way to honour 
command line for the directx vo.
