wasnt the consensus last time that we shouldnt include any lib* for
decompression of files
but rather call the rar/7z/bbb/ha/x1/unzip/unarj/lha/bzip2/...
compressor and feed the file into it ...

avoids all license issues and is alot more generic then just rar support
