I'm not familar with such license stuff, but the only part used in our
source, is the declaration of several unrar functions and structures,
these won't possible 'be used to re-create the RAR compression
algorithm', I don't think code in this patch will make any possibility
'be used to re-create the RAR compression algorithm' in the future,
doesn't it?
