[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvdread-reimplemented navRead_PCI() and navRead_DSI()

This is the second step to fix dvdread: the code in navRead_PCI() and 
navRead_DSI()
is reimplemented in terms of getbits(), once again taken from dvdnav's 
dvdread.
With this patch applied the selection of navigation items finally work 
correctly
(at least for me).

If no one objects I'll commit this patch tomorrow.
