thank you for your great patch that make mplayer play better and cooler on 
mac osx, mplayer need do more work on mac osx to exceed vlc on the platform.

I also made AC3/DTS passthrough patch and bigendian test patch for 
passthrough, hope mplayer could be better on mac system.
