I had not, but it doesn't work as -screenw/screenh for 2 reason :
mainly, it "extends" the movie size to the desired projection size
(instead of adding black border to keep aspect ratio) and then, when
toggling fullscreen, the whole physical screen size is used and not just
the one set on command line.
