[MPlayer-dev-eng] -vo yuv4mpeg without headers

Hello,

I want to convert MPEG-coded video to YUV 4:2:0 files; mplayer seems to 
have an output driver for the mjpegtools which produces YUV but with a 
particular file format, ie. headers

below is a patch which allows to suppress these headers, so a raw YUV file 
can be obtained

patch is against rev. 23990; see

I'd appreciate if you could include this patch -- or is there another way 
to get raw YUV I am not aware of?
