I only added those that I thought actually have issues currently, adding
more later sure is desirable, but I'd really prefer to do this later.
Esp. avi, last time I remember there are still some files that only play
with our native demuxer (on the other hand there also are some that work
only with lavf out-of-the-box and need -noidx with native one - actually
I think these are related, seems some avi files can only be played when
using the index, while others have a broken index and using it will
break playback).
