[MPlayer-dev-eng] Solaris/x86 10, gcc 3.4.3: 1.0pre8 build fails

This is really an ffmpeg bug. We've been aware of this for quite awhile; 
however, no action has been taken. You can simply change the #define that 
contains offset_t to something else, and the build should proceed without 
trouble.
