[MPlayer-dev-eng] WMV9

Hi!

If you haven't noticed already ffmpeg seems to have implemented a
working WMV9 (VC-1) implementation. They had a guy working on it as a
Summer of Code-project. I downloaded the svn yesterday and tried it
against some HD-WMV9 stuff and it worked perfect.
