Why?

Disable all the diffs that have an equivalent in FFmpeg, disable
unnecessary vo and ao drivers.  Then maybe disable fringe codecs from
FFmpeg, disable libavformat and possibly reduce the number of
compiled-in video filters.  That should do the trick.
