Yes, most of our bitmap fonts do not work with UTF-8 and nobody cares to
fix them. So slowly but surely all non-ascii characters will stop
working with those.
Also they tend to look ugly and many people seem to use them just
because they don't know better, not because they intended to...
Also we are discussing "turn off bitmap font support by default", not
removing it.
