[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH][GUI] Add ASS subtitle rendering option

This new version of the patch introduces the gtkASS structure, which
holds the ASS options one can change via the GUI. On GUI init it is
assigned the options from libass (ass_enabled etc.), on GUI exit the
reverse happens. Also, ass_enabled and friends are set from gtkASS
before playback starts, so changes done via the GUI preferences won't be
applied during playback. Please review.
