Ok, for the record (since I ansered in IRC already), here my results:

Without the patch and without any command line options, only the third stream is
played (audio only), with -rtsp-stream-over-http, the first stream is played
(audio only as well).
With the patch I get audio and video (specifying -rtsp-stream-over-http only
changes frame rate from 2 to 3).

Since Carl said that a patch for framerate detection would follow, this is imo a
real improvement.
