[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] configure fix for --enable-directfb

Hi!

When directfb usage is forced (e.g. this takes place when /dev/fb0 
doesn't exist at compile time, but kernel module can be loaded later) 
no include direcory search is performed for directfb headers location.

Thus version check failed if directfb_version.h is not installed 
in /usr/include, so I made this search mandatory for all directfb 
checks.

Also this patch enables directfb version check for the case of 
autodetection, it is obviously always needed.
