[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH][GUI] Add ASS subtitle rendering option

This patch adds an option in the GUI for enabling / disabling ASS
subtitle rendering. This is useful when you usually watch movies with
subtitles and use ASS rendering with ass-use-margins per default but
want to disable it when there are no subtitles available or the movie is
in your native language.
