[MPlayer-dev-eng] Support for hebrew development in Mplayer

Hello.
Recently, I have an idea to translate to Hebrew  the mplayer (menus and all 
the other stuff), cause I used a lot in mplayer with subtitles (and a lot 
more). Mean while, I discovered that there is a lot of Hebrew speak Mplayer 
users. So, I decided to offer my help to get this on. If you intersted, just 
know me what I need to do.
