[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] real demuxer big timestamps

Hi all

This should fix problems on live streams with huge timestamps, causing
overflows and negative pts values. It also changes pts to double, since
there is no enough precision in float to represent 32bit int timestamps
when conveted to milliseconds.

Please test, especially check that it doesn't break normal files.

I'll commit it tomorrow (too sleepy now).
