[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] OSD: audio switching visualization::5th try

thinkin' this to be the last one try... :-)
attached is the patch which add to osd the notification of sound track
changed, and its description, when known, obviously ;-)

i'm gonna apply this patch in 2 days from now, if none complains,
pls see last discussion between 2006/02/07 and 24 (had same subject, but
was "4th try")
