[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] aspect ratio in vd_mpegpes

Hi,
some users in -dvb and -users asked this patch again vd_mpegpes.c, that 
permits
to identify the correct aspect ratio of the video stream (at least for 
mpeg2).
If no one objects I'll commit it tomorrow.
