Ahh...well, as 0.0.4 didn't come with any license information, it is
quite likely non-distributable.  However, if you can find it, it will
work fine without this portion of the patch (2 and 3 are the only
required ones, with 4 being useful for quicktime content).  As far as
whether they work, 0.0.4 seems to support cabac (as it plays my
benchmark streams ok).  Not sure baout interlacing though.
